- Blood pressure was monitored before and after each treatment session
- Provider observes for sedation or dissociation for at least two hours after each dose
- Healthcare setting, pharmacy, and patient enrolled in the required REMS safety program
- Provider monitors for clinical worsening or the emergence of suicidal thoughts
- No disqualifying medical conditions or severe substance-use concerns
